Kelvin Gough

CEO and MD of Safe Super Homes

Kelvin began his career as a lawyer prior to being involved in property investment and has always been heavily involved in the local community.

He has over 40 years of property investment experience, ranging from residential & commercial, through to industrial, ensuring all town planning & construction issues are considered, for both investment and resale purposes for clients.

With numerous qualifications outside of his law degree, including a Diploma of Financial Services, specialist tax expert, accredited mortgage broker and his experience being a councilor and former Mayor, he continues to dedicate himself to the local community and his clients as a safe pair of hands for anyone thinking of property investment.

Shu-Cheen Yu

Property Investment Facilitator

Shu-Cheen is a qualified Residential Property Advisor with a Certificate 4 in Real Estate.

She is involved within the local community in various ways including as a voluntary Ambassador for the City of Casey China project.

Shu-Cheen is also an award-winning opera singer with credits including – The King and I (2014), and most recently the star of the Canberra International Music Festival.

Lisa Wells

Sales and Marketing

With more than twenty years experience within administration and as an executive assistant in sales, Lisa is able to bring those skills to her marketing role at Safe Super Homes.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as spending as much time outdoors as possible and volunteering her time with a Youth Services Program.

Carol Greene

Project Manager

With 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Carol has a wealth of experience managing and liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords.

At Safe Super Homes Carol is at the forefront of communication for the business. She is the first port of call for builders and contractors and is the lead project manager for clients from start to finish. She prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships and has excellent communication skills.

Outside of work she loves spending time with her family which includes five grandchildren.  During the summer she enjoys boating activities and family getaways, whilst winter is reserved for committing to supporting her footy club, Hawthorn!

Rennie Steinbarth

Finance Manager

Rennie graduated from the University of Adelaide with Honours in Economics and Commerce with a major in Accounting. After spending a number of years working in Japan and Hong Kong, he returned to Australia to pursue a career in financial planning after having completed a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Driven by the belief that people can achieve their personal dreams, Rennie uses his current and previous employment experiences and continuing education to present financial solutions to clients seeking to meet these dreams and goals. Outside of work he enjoys the paradoxical frustrations of restoring classic cars and high intensity gym sessions.

Mark Watson

Consultant

With over 20 years of fleet and logistics management experience, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge from other industries and a strong background in marketing to Safe Super Homes.

Mark has always been heavily involved in the local community supporting in youth and community services for over 10 years as well as various local government and not for profit organisations. A love of people and culture has seen him develop and deliver programs (and teams) that build communication and resiliency in a range of diverse communities including schools, churches and justice facilities.

When not at work he spends time with his wife and five children sharing a love of the outdoors camping, 4 wheel driving, hiking and waterskiing.
