In collaboration with our hand selected, skilled and dedicated partners, we facilitate a simple and painless investing process, allowing you to purchase a brand new investment property in Melbourne’s South-East suburbs without having to do any of the work. Our team of experts take care of everything so you don’t have to waste time and money trying to coordinate it all yourself.

We strive to provide the best prices for a 4-bedroom house with all options included as standard. We are able to do this by having built up a network of loyal and reliable builders, who work in conjunction with us to provide the best value to our clients. We offer our complete service for a one-off cost of $6,950 (including GST), and we promise to save you much more throughout the entire investment process.

Our Process 1


The first step in your property investment journey is to come visit us at our home office for a no-cost and obligation-free chat.
We’ll discuss the ways to purchase investment property (whether that be inside or outside superannuation), and the features of our high-quality investment homes.
We take you on a tour of our local display house so you can see for yourself what our homes are like. If you’re not familiar with the area, we can even show you some of the major amenities and infrastructure that makes Melbourne’s South-East Suburbs a great place to live and invest.

We ask that you fill out an ‘Expression of Interest’ form which allows us to prepare a property investment analysis for you. We won’t waste your time or push you to spend more than you can afford, which is why the completion of this form helps us to know what options you may have.


When you’re ready to discuss further, we invite you to book a second free appointment.
At this appointment we present your Property Investment Analysis, which shows the breakdown of all costs – including how much the property will cost, and what we expect the guaranteed rental income will be. This no-obligation appointment also gives us the chance to share with you the proposed house and subdivision plans and photos of our specific house designs.
Safe Super Homes are not licensed to provide financial advice, so if you would like further tailored financial advice before making your decision, we recommend that you speak to a licensed financial adviser. Once you have made the decision to purchase, we get started right away on preparing all the necessary details involved in the purchasing process.


From this point on, all the hard work on your end is done.
Our Project Manager monitors the building progress and any issues that arise are dealt with internally. You really don’t have to worry about a single thing!
Once the building stage is complete, you will be invited to come and inspect your brand new investment property. This is the most satisfactory part of the process for us, as we get to share in the joy and excitement of your first look.


Now all you have to do is sit back and let your investment property do its job, allowing you to reap the rewards for years to come.
The Safe Super Homes team, alongside our panel of real estate agents, manage your property and if any problems arise, we consult with you to find a solution. We strive to provide the best possible care for your investment property, so we “manage the managing agents” and are the only organisation that we have seen provide this extra service.
